I have enjoyed millions of rounds of twenty-one. I started working my way into the gambling halls when I was sixteen. I have enjoyed online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. Given all that I have still lost a lot of funds at vingt-et-un. The casinos have made it basically impossible to defeat the casino.

I still enjoy the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over the years I have gambled on a type of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get rich with this tactic or defeat the house, still you will experience a lot of fun. This method is built on the fact that 21 appears to be a match of runs. When you are on fire your hot, and when you’re not you are NOT!

I bet with basic strategy blackjack. When I do not win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I do not win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. Whenever I hit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the original wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I lower the wager back down to the original amount.

I am very strict and never "chicken out". It gets extremely enjoyable sometimes. If you win a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very fast. Before you know it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had awesome streaks a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Luxor a couple of years ago with $750 after 30 mins using this tactic! And a couple of weeks ago in Las Vegas I left a game with $1200!

You have to understand that you can give up a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be astonished at the runs you witness gamble this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you continue winning at a $5 table.

Take twenty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial twenty dollar bet

Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of forty dollar

Bet forty dollar
Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the initial forty dollar wager

Wager $40
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $80

Bet eighty dollar
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the original $80 bet

Bet 80 dollar
Leave $80 paid to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar

Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the original 160 dollar wager

If you departed at this point you would be up three hundred and 15 dollars !!

It’s hard to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can NOT deviate and drop your bet or the final result won’t be the same.
