I have bet on countless of rounds of chemin de fer. I started sneaking into the gambling halls when I was still underage. I have enjoyed online 21, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. Given all that I have still spent an abundance of money at 21. The gambling dens have made it nearly impossible to defeat the casino.

I still enjoy the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over the years I have enjoyed a variation of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get loaded with this method or beat the casino, nonetheless you will have a lot of fun. This method is built on the idea that 21 appears to be a game of runs. When you are hot your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!

I bet with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I don’t win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand. If I don’t win again I bet the table minimum on the successive hand again etc. Whenever I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the bet back down to the original sum.

I am very strict and do not back out. It gets very thrilling on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in series your bets go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic streaks a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Palms a number of years back with $750 after 30 minutes using this technique! And a few weeks ago in Macau I left a table with $1200!

You have to understand that you can relinquish a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be surprised at the runs you notice betting this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you continue winning at a five dollar game.

Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total bet of 10 dollar

Wager $10
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $10 wager

Bet ten dollar
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of twenty dollar

Wager twenty dollar
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the first $20 bet

Bet twenty dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 40 dollar

Wager $40
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $40 wager

Wager forty dollar
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total bet of 80 dollar

Bet $80
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $80 wager

Bet 80 dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar

Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 160 dollar bet

If you left at this point you would be up 315 dollar !!

It’s difficult to go on a streak this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you must NOT deviate and drop your bet or the end result won’t be the same.
