I have played millions of hands of vingt-et-un. I started sneaking into the gambling dens when I was still underage. I have wagered on online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. Given all that I have still spent a lot of money at twenty-one. The casinos have made it almost impossible to defeat the casino.

I still enjoy the game and play on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have bet on a type of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get rich with this method or beat the casino, still you will have an abundance of fun. This method is based on the fact that chemin de fer seems to be a game of runs. When you are hot your hot, and when you’re not you’re NOT!

I wager with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I lose I bet the table minimum on the successive hand. If I do not win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. As soon as I hit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the bet back down to the original bet.

I am very strict and do not "chicken out". It gets extremely exciting sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your bets go up very quick. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had awesome streaks a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Flamingo a few years ago with $750 after 30 mins using this tactic! And a number of days ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!

You have to understand that you can say good-bye to a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be surprised at the streaks you notice playing this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you kept winning at a 5 dollar game.

Take 80 dollar paid to you, leave the original $80 wager

Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $160

Wager 160 dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 160 dollar bet

If you departed at this instance you would be up 315 dollar !!

It’s hard to go on a streak this long, but it can happen. And when it does you mustn’t alter and drop your bet or the final result will not be the same.
